Vic: Motorists warned petrol set to rise

Victoria's peak motoring body has urged drivers to fill up their petrol tanks this
week .. before prices start to rise again.

DAVID CUMMINGS .. from the RACV .. says drivers have enjoyed discounted prices at the
petrol pumps for the past three weeks .. but warns that current prices may not last.

Mr CUMMINGS says competition between supermarket chains offering discount coupons has
been depressing prices .. and stopping the usual price cycle.
