Vic: Workers to be locked out again tomorrow

Construction workers will be locked out of Victorian building sites again tomorrow,
losing two consecutive days of pay.

While many workers turned up to work as usual today, the Master Builders Association
of Victoria has claimed the lock out a success.

Legally, the workers can't be locked out - but they won't be paid for turning up.

Master Builders executive director BRIAN WELCH says the traditional chains across the
gates approach has been replaced with legal notifications.
